Programs

1-on-1 Training Sessions

Achieve your health and fitness goals with me!

  I offer clients live video sessions as well as in -person workouts in my studio or a location they prefer.  I am Vaccinated, wear a mask and sanitize my equipment for safety. My sessions are customized to a client's specific needs based on an initial health and fitness assessment.  Sessions include movement (flexibility, mobility, balance, stability), strength building and toning, weight loss, wellness counseling and healthy habits. I use chair exercises for seniors requiring a stable base. Sessions are offered for 45 or 60 minutes.

Group classes

Have fun with others while getting stronger!

I love teaching small groups basic exercise, specialized movements (ex. for people with Parkinson's Disease), overall strengthening,  aerobics and/or healthy habits and weight loss coaching!

Helping you look and feel great!

Do you want to make a change to improve how you look and feel? I can definitely help you! I’m a movement specialist and certified health coach, esp. for adults 45+.

My journey to being a coach and trainer has been amazing. I’m living proof that getting older doesn’t have to mean breaking down or slowing down! As a recent cancer survivor and long time athlete, I have such gratitude that I’m healthy at this age - and that I’ve been led to combine my passion for fitness, nutrition and sports into one purpose. That purpose is to help others become fitter, healthier and more energized.

Movement and exercise, new health habits, wellness coaching and basic nutrition can help make that happen for you. You decide your specific goals - getting stronger, dropping meds, mobility and flexibility, toning, losing weight, coming back from injuries and/or generally feeling better and having more energy - and I’ll create a program just for you!

I offer services in an individual, couples or group setting at a retirement community, a client’s home, my home studio or at a fitness boutique in Sandy Springs. I'm also available for lunch and learn and other educational sessions.

A former runner, I work out, trail walk, and play racquetball on a regular basis. I work with younger clients, but I am especially attuned to older adults who want to stay in shape or get in shape and start to feel good again. It gets harder as we age, but I have found through my own experience that moving beyond our comfort zones pays off in new levels of health, confidence, and our outlook on life.
